H.E. Mikael H. Winther / Ambassador, Embassy of Denmark to Bangladesh

Ambassador Mikael Winther has served as Ambassador to Iraq, Vietnam, and Thailand covering Myanmar and Cambodia, prior to his appointment in Bangladesh. In his tenure with the Danish Foreign Ministry he has served as head of sections/departments, deputy head and held other relevant positions. He has spent 15 years in Asia in different capacities. He has also taught in the University of Copenhagen and the Copenhagen Business School.
